March 18, 2008 - Floodwaters rise as a slow-moving front dumps up to 8 inches of rain in parts of Arkansas over a two-day period. While many communities prepare for the worst, the Pulaski County Road & Bridge Department takes preemptive measures by dispatching crews to inspect drainage structures days ahead of the storm.
