Little Rock, Ark. - The Arkansas River rages through Murray Lock & Dam on March 22, 2008 as flood waters continue to rise throughout the state following record rainfall earlier in the week. At the time this photo was taken, the action stage of the river was observed at 21.56 feet. The flood stage is 23.0 feet. Submitted by Danny Straessle.
