2011 Award Nominations

Awards Honoring communities, individuals, corporations and agencies that excel in the field of floodplain management, AFMA solicits nominations from among its membership for recognition at the annual awards luncheon. The program is a great way to promote flood safe communities and the professionals that make it happen.

To become eligible, a nomination must be made through this form. You may nominate yourself or your own organization. You may also make more than one nomination.

	A town or city with a population less than 2,500.
	A city with a population more than 2,500.
	A county with a population less than 20,000.
	A county with a population more than 20,000.
	An individual person.
	A company or agency.

You may list other projects or activities that merit mentioning, such as education activities, mitigation measures and disaster preparedness activities.
